Continuity: As Terry's boss is walking to his car, he takes out a cigarette and shots skip randomly between him putting the cigarette to his mouth, the cigarette being in his mouth, and there being no cigarette at all.
Continuity: When Terry is looking at the papers and her nose bleeds there is a spot of blood below her nostril, in the next shot there is no blood at all.
Continuity: During the interview with Turnbull's wife, the cigarette ash becomes shorter, without her knocking any ash off.
Continuity: When Terry and Mike find the doctor, Terry gets injected with a drug in the neck, but a couple of seconds later she runs to comfort Mike acting as though there are no effects of the drug.
Factual errors: Girls can only have hemophilia if their mothers carry it AND their fathers have it. Boys can only have it if their mothers carry it. It seems unlikely the little girl would have a carrier mom AND a hemophiliac dad.
