I hate this movie with a vengeance. Rob Reiner, one of the most respected and talented directors, with films such as "When Harry Met Sally...", "The Princess Bride" and "A Few Good Men" under his belt...made this? This pure dross?
North (Elijah Wood) sues his parents because he doesn't like them. He wins, and then he goes around the world searching for new parents. With all the abused children in the world, North wins against his parents because...they don't let him do fun things like, say, jumping through fire? C'mon.
With such great cast members, including Bruce Willis, Dan Akyroyd, Jason Alexander, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss and many, many more, why is this film so darn horrible?
One of the worst - 0/5 stars -
John Ulmer
